Village Facts

  • Bethlehem Village was built in 1984 and dedicated to provide safe, affordable housing for seniors, age 62 or older. The Village is a non-profit, HUD subsidized housing for the benefit of residents with very low or extremely low incomes. 
  • Rents are based on a percentage of each individual household income. 
  • The Village is located in Flourtown, Montgomery PA, which is in proximity to the northwest border of Philadelphia, PA. It is handicapped accessible and in full compliance with federal and state Fair Housing Laws.
  • The Village has 100 comfortable and easy to maintain efficiency and one bedroom apartments.

  • Each apartment is equipped with two emergency call systems to alert our 24 hour non-medical staff when emergency assistance is needed.
  • The Route 94 Septa bus stop is within walking distance. Local taxi service is also available at reduced rates for senior citizens.
  • Village  residents enjoy a totally smoke free  environment.
  • Each resident is responsible to pay their own electric utility bill. The stove, refrigerator, heat and air conditioning in each apartment are electric.
